This is so sad.
Why it wasn’t a good atmosphere? Because Jamie Oliver is being rude and condescending to these hard working women and degrading their livelihood from his high and mighty food throne. I agree 100 percent that Americans need better nutrition, especially in schools, but for him to approach the problem by acting over dramatic and insulting to the people he is trying to “help” is uncalled for. He is not trying to help anybody- he is EXPLOITING these people to make money on tv.
That’s fucking gross. :\
This makes me so happy that when I was little my parents actually went through the effort of making me home made lunch every day. Once in a while I got mcdonalds or pizza as a special treat but it was always lunches made from home.
@twilightsoccer14
yer
hahahhahaha
the lady at 1:03 is a bitch!
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride and Ferrous sulfate is where its at
i can’t waait to see this show and want to cook with jamie.
I don’t understand why he is bothering those poor lunch ladies, they have no say over what they serve. I grew up in public school in Huntington and I’m pretty sure I never had pizza for breakfast. We had breakfast for breakfast, and it is true that the food program needs to provide better food for these kids, but those lunch ladies have absolutely nothing to do with that. I hope on the show Jamie Oliver goes to the state food program and takes it up with them where a change could actually be made.
I’ll give USA some mercy here because apparently that city is the worst in the country when it comes to food. It really makes me wonder how they got jobs though, and what they cook at home… this guy’s got charisma, though!
1:16 mitch mcconnell? (u.s. senate minority leader)
Jamie Oliver is amazing
i’m glad they don’t serve us that kinda food in aus
These people prove the problem : America is not fat because it eats badly. America is fat because it is full of stupid, arrogant people.
i love jamie and how he make an effort to do this revolution thing. the thing that i hate is how those lunch ladies somehow are cornering him instead of helping him make better food. *sigh why won’t they just realize that they’re not eating healthy!! GO JAMIE!!
lol how is he an ass? for trying to help american children’s health???
how is he annoying? for trying to help the lunch ladies understand what they are serving??
how is he biased? for thinking that processed food is not healthy???
this Jamie guy is an ass, annoying and biased
you know what.. i think americans should just make themselves die of this food.. they obviously think its okay and right.. so let them have their enjoyment and let us eat and enjoy normal food..
I am so excited about Jamie Oliver’s new show. YAY I would love to do this in our school.
ok ill give them alittle but that lady was just really getting smart with jamie which i didnt particularly like
It seems like the people are so used to what they have and its a “if its not broken ” kind of thing. But change is always good, you need to just embrace it. People need to be aware of what they eat. I applaud Jaime for what he is doing.
Let’s give the lunch ladies a little slack; they probably have little to no input into what the kids eat. I’m pretty sure the Dept of Education decides that. These poor ladies have to just cook what’s supplied.
But the line one lady give is so funny, “Chicken breast is the first ingredient here…”
true, haha, actually, fattest country in the world! haha
ur guys really need jamie. u guys are fat motha fuckerS!!!!!
love jamie not so much lunch ladies
finally someone is taking action. I remember when i first was given pizza for breakfast on my first day of school here in the U.S and being totally confused lol. big culture shock for a second grader.
