Thanks for the review, this will be in my library next!
@foxholeathiest I will here already give a pointer to a nice book from our 2 best chefs, they modernise the classics (but still doable) in it: La Cuisine Belge by Peter Goossens. The ISBN13 is 9782873865931 and the ISBN10 is 2873865938. You could for example order it a proxis. be (lremove the space – I can’t put weblinks in comments). I think I’ll wait for a review clip until I find a decent book that’s also available in English, or perhaps I’ll try a different approach. That’s for later. Cheers
@MrDagon007 Thanks alot. I look foreward to a review. The only really good belgian cuisine I know of in Canada is a 12hour drive away. As always great vids!
@foxholeathiest That’s a good idea. I must check which of my Belgian cuisine cookbooks are available in French or perhaps even English. More later !
Can you recommend, or maybe do a video on a good Belgian cookbook, preferably one written in English, but French is cool too.
@maewe I’m from Belgium…
I might get this for my mum for her birthday
are you from norway? loving the accent
