    @foxholeathiest I will here already give a pointer to a nice book from our 2 best chefs, they modernise the classics (but still doable) in it: La Cuisine Belge by Peter Goossens. The ISBN13 is 9782873865931 and the ISBN10 is 2873865938. You could for example order it a proxis. be (lremove the space – I can’t put weblinks in comments). I think I’ll wait for a review clip until I find a decent book that’s also available in English, or perhaps I’ll try a different approach. That’s for later. Cheers

    @MrDagon007 Thanks alot. I look foreward to a review. The only really good belgian cuisine I know of in Canada is a 12hour drive away. As always great vids!
