in my opinion gordon ramsay’s technique in cooking is absolutely spot on (probably due to his massive experience) and his perfectionist way of serving and cooking food (strict no frozen ingredients rule) has made him to be one of the best. However his taste is rather not quite there yet because i think his food taste quite bland compared to other successful chefs such as jamie oliver.

As I was flipping thru the channels on TV, I saw this on the Cooking Channel & I couldn’t keep my eyes off. I’ve only seen bits & pieces of clips of Gordon’s cooking show(s) but after seeing this, I’m hooked. He has the best techniques. Forget the Foodnetwork where there’s just too many mediocre “so-called celebrity” chefs.
@mitos92 Well I did a little bit of investigating and it turns out he’s using a “rolled ham joint”.
Wat kind of ham is he using? And can it be purchased rolled up like that?
gotta say, it does look to fancy for my taste, but this has to the best ham on youtube. but i expect no less from this chef.
I want that ham!
