Kirschwasser® cherry brandy, lime juice, superfine sugar
and soda water.

Ingredients

2 oz gin
1/2 oz cherry heering
1 tsp Kirschwasser cherry brandy
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
2 1/2 oz soda water

Method

Pour the gin, cherry heering, kirsch, lime juice and sugar into a
cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain
into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Gently stir in the
soda/sparkling water.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice
of lime.

Method

Muddle the lime juice, syrup and mint sprigs at the bottom of a
mixing glass.
Add gin and ginger beer and shake well.
