Method

Leave the rainbow sorbet in a fridge for a few hours to allow to
melt and add to a 5-gallon sports cooler container (the kind that
stand up and have a spout on the bottom).
Add all other
ingredients.
Shake it up good before serving to a healthy amount of
party guests.

4 envelopes gelatin
Blue Curacao liqueur
Purple Endive
assorted gummi fish
1 package candy

Method

Use a new or well-cleaned goldfish bowl.
Mix gelatin according to
package directions, substituting curacao for water in whatever
ratio you prefer.
Place the hard candies in the bowl.
When gelatin
is cool but not yet setting up, pour it slowly into the bowl and be
careful not to disturb the candies or the color will run.
Cool
until half-set then add foliage and fish, placing them with strands
of spaghetti.
Refrigerate until serving-time.

Mix well, cover and refrigerate until serving.

chilled apple cider and lemonade.

Method

Stir the lemon juice and sugar together in a large punch bowl until
the sugar is dissolved.
Add the bourbon, rum, creme de cacao,
champagne, red wine, vermouth, club soda and ginger ale.
Stir well.
Add one large block of ice.
Garnish with orange slices and
strawberries.

pineapple juice

Method

Fill the blender with 3/4 ice.
Add sweet & sour mix to the top
of the ice.
Add about 1″ of pineapple juice, 1/2″ of melon liqeur,
and 1/2 to 1/4″ of amaretto.
Then blend the mix until it is of
margaritta consistency or thinner.

This is made in a blender, hence the measurements are according to
a blender.

vodka, coconut rum, spiced rum, and gin.

Add more sugar if desired, and serve

Ingredients

1/2 gal vodka
1 fifth raspberry schnapps
1 fifth DeKuyper Watermelon Pucker schnapps
2 cans (large cans) fruits
2 cans red Hawaiian punch

Method

Drain fruit (if using canned fruit) or use fresh fruit if desired,
and set juice aside.
Place fruit in a bowl or container, add half
of each bottle of alcohol, and allow to soak for as long as
possible (overnight works best).

The following day, or whenever ready, add the fruit juice you saved
to the marinated fruit.
Add hawaiian punch to strength of your
liking, then add ice.
Serve in punch cups or suitable glasses.
